What we collect

This website collects the following personal information only when voluntarily submitted:

• ▸ Name, organization, title, and work email — submitted via the contact form
• ▸ Phone number and free-text message — if optionally provided
• ▸ Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — via Cloudflare Pages infrastructure

This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), advertising pixels, or retargeting services.

How we use it

Information submitted via the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is:

• ✓ Delivered directly to Ben Liu via FormSubmit
• ✓ Not added to any CRM, marketing list, or third-party database
• ✓ Not shared with any other party
• ✓ Retained only as long as necessary to manage the business relationship

FormSubmit disclosure: Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. FormSubmit receives and forwards your submission but does not use it for marketing or profiling. For sensitive inquiries, use the contact form at akyb.ca/contact.

Your rights

Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and federal PIPEDA, you have the right to:

• ▸ Request correction of inaccurate information
• ▸ Request deletion of your information
• ▸ Withdraw consent for use of your information at any time

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request via akyb.ca/contact with the subject "Privacy Request." Requests are acknowledged within 2 business days and fulfilled within 30 days.

AI-assisted chat

This website offers an AI-assisted chat feature for intake consultations. When you use the chat:

• ▸ You are interacting with an AI assistant, not a human. Ben Liu reviews all recommendations personally before they are sent to you.
• ▸ Your conversation is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use commercial API data to train its models.
• ▸ Conversation data (name, organization, email, and message content) is stored temporarily on Cloudflare's infrastructure for up to 30 days, then automatically deleted.
• ▸ Chat data is not added to any CRM, marketing list, or third-party database.
• ▸ Explicit consent is required before the chat begins.

To request deletion of chat data before the 30-day auto-expiry, submit a privacy request via akyb.ca/contact.

Infrastructure

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare's infrastructure may log standard access data (IP addresses, request timestamps) subject to Cloudflare's own privacy policy. No personal data submitted via this website is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.
